Safari in the Masai Mara
If you visit the Masai Mara between June and October, you can witness a unique natural spectacle, the Great Migration. At this time, the southern Serengeti gradually dries up and huge wildebeest, zebra and antelope herds move into the Masai Mara in search of new pastures and waterholes. The animals encounter many dangers: predators follow them and at the river crossings they must be careful not to be torn by the crocodiles lurking underwater. The chance for BIG 5 is great!
The Masai Mara is located at 1,500 meters above sea level and is therefore free of all mosquitoes.
Hell's Kitchen
Hell's Kitchen is a nature reserve and is located about 40 kilometres from Malindi near the village of Marafa. Take the Lamu Road northwards to Mambrui and then turn left towards Marafa.
Hell's Kitchen is a rugged area with cliffs up to 30 metres high, which shine in a variety of colours. This area was probably formed by volcanic activity long before there were any people here. It is a great experience for nature lovers.

Takaungu and the leather factory
