Khamisi has been a loyal and faithful Member of our team for many years. He is responsible for the Pool Maintenance and the 6'200 m2 Plot facility. It takes a lot of effort and a lot of Water to keep our wonderful green oasis in this condition even during the long dry Seasons. He is also a good Cook and deputy of the head Cook Joseph. He is also well versed in technical matters.
Khamisi prepares various types of bread on his own. The Guests love these homemade various Breads and tops! The know-how was taught to him by Master Baker Henry himself.
Betty is mainly responsible for the well-being of the guests, the housekeeping and the hotel laundry. She is trained for service and does this job with a lot of heart and soul. She is an Artist when it comes to Table decorations and her Napkins are also very professional and imaginative. At Müge's Bar, she creates fine Cocktails on request. She is a loving, friendly and helpful employee.
Very important is her commitment to our pets.
Karisa is also a long-time Employee and is involved in Service, Kitchen help, Garden area and Pool assistant. Guests love his friendliness and Competence in Service. He is courteous and puts the guests' well-being first.
As an all-rounder, he performs his tasks competently, communicatively and in a friendly manner.
Joseph has been with our team since the beginning, which means for 10 years, and has long since earned our trust as team leader to act during our absences.
At that time he was trained by Erica to be an excellent cook. In the meantime we enjoy and appreciate his versatile cooking skills. His many years of experience in various areas distinguish him.
He manages the staff areas, guest concerns, reservations for the hotel and restaurant Le Bijou, purchases as well as many other areas. Joseph is responsible for the operational organization and the reception according to the instructions of the management.
Belinda has been with us since November 2022. She is responsible for Housekeeping and Hotel Laundry. She is eager to learn and always very friendly with our Guests. She fits perfectly into our Team and we are happy to have her with us.
